The redesigned platform launched successfully with key updates including a streamlined homepage, enhanced product pages, and a simplified checkout. These improvements made it easier for small business owners to discover, evaluate, and purchase software confidently.
Through call center research, this project uncovered the needs of customer service representatives and translated them into Salesforce-driven solutions. The work balanced system constraints with customization, requiring strong documentation, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
This pro bono initiative with PwC improved AXS Map, a platform that crowdsources accessibility reviews. I was tasked with improving usability of the existing web app by designing custom iconography and refining interface elements to better support clarity, accessibility, and ease of navigation across the platform.
Designed interfaces for a Salesforce-based talent management tool, addressing platform limitations while meeting business objectives and user requirements. The design maintained visual consistency with the established brand while focusing on execution, problem-solving, and system alignment.
This interactive experience for Monster High introduced a character index where kids and parents could browse dozens of dolls, explore their backstories, and discover products for purchase. The design reflected the brand’s fun and youthful identity while maintaining a modern, easy-to-navigate interface. 
As part of theatrical campaign work, this project delivered a microsite for Universal Studios’ Ouija movie, built in collaboration with developers and integrated with Tumblr. The site featured custom shareable GIF content that encouraged audience interaction and boosted social engagement.
At Love Vs Design, a former Long Beach–based stationery boutique, I designed custom stationery and wedding invitations that emphasized personalization, detail, and craftsmanship.
